I had a similar experience to several other reviews, so it looks like Auth0 may have a recruiting problem. That, or they've grow too fast and their culture is getting away from them. After applying online, I received a screening request the next day and scheduled a time right away. When the time came, the recruiter did not join the video chat, finally replying 20 minutes later, emailing me to ask if we could push it back an hour. Of course. Then the recruiter finally joined the re-scheduled interview about 20 minutes late, and never turned on video, which was pretty awkward... The screening went really well in some ways, but recruiter was clearly distracted and didn't seem very engaged at all.. and not much time due to how late she joined. So it came across as very disrespectful of my time, and overall was a real bummer, and not at all what I expected based on the way the company presents themselves on paper. The culture and values are really inspiring and make it seem like an amazing team, but it does seem that they are not able to really walk the walk on those right now... hope they are able to pull it back together!
