I attended a job fair with ALP. It was a relaxed and informal meeting. I was with the training liaison and the office administrator. I was then shown a video of what a behavior technician does and was then asked about my impressions of what was shown. We then introduced ourselves and she asked me about my qualifications. We then had the typical interview with about 10 questions. She then shared what was expected of a behavior tech. And finally she asked if I had any questions. The end.
