I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Autism Learning Partners (Fairfax, VA) in Jun 2025
Interview
I originally applied for a Program Manager position. I really loved how the hiring staff knew about ABA on a deeper level vs just surface level information. Both people who interviewed me were kind and knowledgeable. I was disappointed when I was told I'd hear back about the job by the end of the week and heard nothing. I sent a follow up email that following Monday and didn't get a response for some time after - I think two weeks from the second interview. They let me know the position was put on hold but would love to stay connected. I was set up with a meet and greet zoom call with the CEO as a way to stay connected with the company and I LOVED it. A week or so later the company reached out to me about the Regional Trainer position and sent me the job description which had a similar structure to the original job I interviewed for.

I applied online. I interviewed at Autism Learning Partners (Southlake, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
Nina, the clinical director of Southlake I believe, asked me around 8 very thoughtful and intuitive questions about my previous experience training and also how I would go about certain situations with trainees. I really enjoyed the interview process and I was excited to hear from Autism Learning Partners.
