I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Autodesk in Sep 2024
Interview
Just like I read many times now in the comments: Extremely long interview process (4 months total!) with 5 rounds of interviews that included 8 calls (!). All the calls were the same, included the same type of questions, which made the process redundant and inefficient.
The recruiter was not professional, rarely kept me up to date except when asked, and wasn't even aware of the overall process. Everytime a new interview was scheduled, she was as surprised as I was, and kept saying she hoped that would be the last one.
I've never had such a negative experience in an interview process before, and it really left me with a bad view on how Autodesk treats its potential candidates. It must show that their own internal processes are long, slow and unorganized. I've told all my network about this experience, and I really hope Autodesk hears the negative feedback and does something to improve it, because that's definitely not how you should treat people.
