I submitted my application via LinkedIn & was contacted by email several days later to arrange an initial phone interview. After that went well, I was invited to come to SF for an in-person interview which was conducted in the "Teleconference Room" at the One Market Street location- beautiful offices. The room was like mission control of a spaceship, and another executive participated by video from San Rafael on a huge screen across the table from me & the woman I was with. The interview consisted almost entirely of 'anecdotal' questions, ie. "Tell me about a time when you had to...." Also, many questions such as, "What are your long-term goals?" I was treated well & with kindness, and came away with a good feeling. I would have liked to have received a business card to make it easier to write thank you notes. Also, I was told that of over 300 applicants I was one of 8 resumes submitted for review, and only 4 brought in for interviews. Nice to know, but I never heard another word from Autodesk. It would have been nice had they sent me a 'thanks, but we selected another candidate' note so I'd have known to stop waiting to hear back from them...
