I was applying for the GOLD Leadership program and was asked for an On-Campus Interview. Questions were centered around past project experience. This included name a time when a group member was not participating to their full extent and how you overcame it. Another question was along the lines of, How do you like to overcome problems, and give an example. The first question was a wide open question of "Besides what we see on your resume, what makes you an ideal candidate for the this program?" It is necessary to research the company first to try and impress them as they will not talk about themselves.

Besides your resume, What makes you an ideal candidate for this program?
It was well-paced & to the point. The interviewer was asking questions relevant to my previous experience & did not dive much into my studies. All the questions that I had were answered in a calm manner & my review regarding how I performed as an interviewee was also provided right away.

How can I provide value to their organization when there are several other more qualified & experienced candidates present out for an interview ?
Phone interview followed by an on-site interview. Several panels with HR, the hiring manager and other colleagues. 1 or 2 people per panel. Hiring manager followed up after the interview. Pretty standard process.
