Two phone interviews with HR personnel, a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then four back-to-back in-person interviews during an afternoon. Typical questions were asked during the phone interviews. Some of the in-person interview questions were prescribed by their HR department. Most of the rest of the questions focused on situations and how I would handle them.
