Interview
Applied online and received an interview request for a 15-20 min call the next day. Scheduled interview with recruiter at an agreed upon time. The recruiter was five minutes late to the call and then proceeded to rush through her questions to check the boxes and end by the allotted time without giving me the opportunity to ask questions. Didn’t seem as though they wanted to be on the call at all. Received a generic rejection a couple of weeks later.
The interview process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I was particularly impressed by the amazing use of AI throughout the stages, which made the experience feel modern, fair, and very well-organized.
Series of interviews, starting with Talent - Human Resources. Followed by hiring manager, then a cross-functional partner interview, and then senior HR staff. Time frame took approximately 2 1/2-3 weeks. Interviews were conducted over the phone or virtual.
After the initial screening over the phone, the next phase was sitting down in person with multiple IPT members. Prior to starting the interview process I was given a tour of the common areas. The in person interview took a few hours.
