Interview
The interview process was very smooth despite some unforeseen complications. Covid created a big gap between final interviews and next steps. Some executive changes also added delays. Despite all of this, the recruiting team kept me in the know with regular communication. The Avery team was responsive, collaborative, thoughtful and supported me through the entire process. The interview panelists, the hiring manager, HR and recruiting could not have been better. Overall, the great interview experience provided a valuable and informative peek into the quality culture and great people at Avery.
