Avery Dennison Program Manager interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter and then had 4 interviews with senior management. It was not structured and they weren't sure of what they were looking for and the salary range was not given agreed upon at the start of the process. They also kept adding more interviews on each time and prolonged the process. The interviewers themselves were nice and respectful. Received a generic rejection 5 months after interviewing and at least 7 hours spent with the team.
