Avid Technology interview questions

The hiring process went smoothly considering there’s an ongoing pandemic. I underwent 3 different interviews. First is with the HR 2nd is with the Procurement Supervisor and lastly the Head of procurement. The HR and the Procurement team were accommodating with all of my queries

The company was initially excited about my candidacy. I was told I was the perfect fit from the recruiter. I was then, in quick succession, scheduled and interviewed by the hiring manager and two other team members. By all accounts they went excellent, and all the parties were very enthusiastic. But then, for some reason, that’s when the enthusiasm stopped. I was left in limbo for two weeks with no communication from the company. I then sent an inquiry and received the following response from the recruiter, “Thank you for reaching out, The Hiring manager’s are still reviewing and assessing next steps. I will be in touch when as soon as I have feedback to share.” Two plus more weeks went by with no communication from the company. It’s a horrible business practice when you discover “Not Selected” when you sign into their career portal to check on status. Needless to say, I will not be applying to any positions at this company in the future.
