Question 1
How do you keep organized and manage competing priorities?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Axon in Jul 2024
Interview
I applied for a position at Axon online and was contacted by a recruiter six days later to set up a phone interview. The initial interview took place two days after that and went smoothly. I was informed that I had moved on to the next round and subsequently had an interview with the hiring manager.
Unfortunately, after the interview with the hiring manager, I was ghosted. I received no further communication from Axon, not even a generic rejection email. Despite following up several times, I never received a response.
The lack of communication was disappointing, especially considering the positive experience with the initial interviews. I would have appreciated more transparency and professionalism in the follow-up process.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our interview process. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
Horrible interview experience with this company.
First question asked was what do I know about the company, and I gave a basic overview of what I've found. This response was not enough for the interviewer and the interview ended right there. Just goes to show you what kind of horrible culture and company this is when they expect a candidate to know about the whole company on day 1.
I'm glad I got to see the true colors of this company and to experience what would of been a very toxic company/role.
