I applied online. I interviewed at Axon (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2017
Interview
There was a phone screen that seemed to ask semi-technical questions surrounding Big O notation and other general HR questions. This was followed by a 90 minute on-site which was technical, after that there is a 4 hour interview which has a variety of design and technical questions with 4 different people. Overall I really enjoyed my experience interviewing. I was much more nervous than I expected and should have been able to nail everything. This seems like an amazing place to work with great people. I am writing this review to say that. Every review seems terrible but that was definitely not my experience.
