Axon Strategic Project Manager interview questions

Zoom interviews with 5 Team Members and Senior VP —only to tell you that they didn’t have a position open yet. An email stating that an internal candidate was selected but scheduled a zoom interview for another similar role but no open position or even a job description —not sure why another interview was necessary...a waste of my time.
