BAE Systems USA Project Manager interview questions

The phone conversation consisted of simple questions about my background. We reviewed my resume some. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. I had two trips to the plant. The first visit was just with the hiring manager. We did an hour or so 1:1 interview. There were more questions about my past and how I handled certain situations. The second trip involved an interview with one of the senior engineers and a panel interview. There were a few questions about technical issues, but no detailed problem solving. I was asked several questions along the lines "what would you do if..." The focus was clearly on dealing with people and communications.
