BCG Platinion interview questions

I was initially contacted by their external headhunter and they would like to learn more about my skills & it brought my interest for me to interview with them (I was not intending to leave my current company); First interview was a phone call with the headhunter, general HR questions and very standard process; Then I did a phone interview, 2 WebEx sessions and in person interview with them in the office. It took about 3 months from the moment they contacted me till the final onsite interview and during the process they moved around and reschedule the interview so many times !! One interviewer was even late for 15 mins and I was very busy with my client work back then; They have only about 50 employees in the US and their salary offering is even lower than what I made, in the end, their HR called me and informed me that they thought my skill is not deep enough for their need without specifying what kind of skill I'm lacking; Please note that Platinion is not really BCG and they have just started their practice in the US and their brand is not really known in many countries; So even though they extended me an offer I would not accept, but for someone who likes new changes in an unknown world I think it would be a great opportunity.

Extremely disorganized - I was interviewed by 7 folks at various levels from Managers to the lead of the practice. The process took 5 months - after the second or third interview, I kept hearing that there will only be one more round before the offer would be made. Towards the end I was exhausted and felt like I was just wasting my time and energy. Eventually with the last interview, I was told I would not be a good fit for something very basic and high-level on my resume that should have been seen right in the first round. Overall, what appealed to me was that they were associated with the BCG brand. However, they are not doing similar work as BCG (it pure implementations) and more crucially, they are still in infancy. Through the process, I got conflicting answers from the leadership on their growth plans which made me uncomfortable. My advice to anyone interviewing - get a clear understanding of the interview process upfront (i.e. how long, how many interviews, etc.) in order to not waste your time. Also, ask probing questions about their pipeline, growth plans and strategy in North America
