I applied through career services of my University, and was offered a first round interview within a week. First interview was very simple; just went over resume, character, leadership qualities, and ability to cope in a fast-paced environment.
Offered a second round interview within a week, and this was three parts. The first was Business related, and asked about various management scenarios. (STUDY the Systems development life-cycle). The next was tech related. Go over C++, Java, Sql, and how to apply these in work situations. Finally, there was a writing sample. Prompt was "What have you learned from diversity in your previous experiences?" or something of the like.
