BNY Vice President, Program and Project Management II interview questions

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. They didn't know why the role was open or how big of a team the role would be on. The recruiter moved me onto the next round and I interviewed with a peer. That interview was successful and I was moved onto interview with the hiring manager. That was three months ago and the ATS still shows me as Currently Being Reviewed but I've heard nothing. They ghosted me.
