Hiring was a 3 step process. first round was behavioural and resume based and lasted for about 45 min. It was very conversational and friendly. Evaluated by a senior consultant and HR. Second round was case study. Case was given a week in advance and the expectation was to put forth your solution in a 30 min presentation. This round is the highlight and this is what differentiates BTS from other consulting firms. You are expected to showcase your creativity rather than a typical case solution you hear from top consulting firms. This is where they expect to see how you connect with BTS' ethos (making strategy personal). Third round was with the head of office and more a casual chat to share your experience, interest and ask questions about the company. Overall, it was very friendly and that's the day to day culture of the firm as well.
