Backcountry interview questions

I had nine interviews with Backcountry for this position. Not only was I asked the same questions across all nine interviews, I felt as they completely wasted my time and it was incredibly disrespectful. I reached out to the recruiters a couple of times after giving so much of my time to get this job, and they never responded to my questions. Not once. The only thing the recruiters did was schedule me in more interviews while ignoring my questions. After 3 weeks of not knowing whether I got the job or not after emailing the recruiters for updates, it took me reaching out to the hiring manager to find out I didn't get the job, and they went internal. I'm fine that I didn't get the job at the end of the day — why would I want to work for a company has such a big lack of respect for people's times. I understand this position works across many people/teams, but it was obvious the some of the individuals who interviewed me had bigger things to do than ask me how my work style is or how I manage stress.

Met with the recruiter, a hiring manager, another hiring manager, the skip level, and then reviewed a homework assignment with all three of them. I had another interview scheduled with the VP of planning but it was cancelled shortly before getting rejected. The interview isn't hard but the homework is weirdly specific - they don't give you any insight into what their team goals are and expect you to present a forecast for the business. For example, I forecasted month over month growth based on seasonality from historic data. But I was dinged for not forecasting up business units that were down year over year? Not a bad interview process but very time consuming.
