Before doing a face to face interview you have to do a video interview. They don't even do a phone interview first. I'm an awesome and qualified candidate for this position but VERY camera shy-it's just super awkward for me to talk to someone who isn't there!!! I see why companies like to do it this way, but they're missing out on some serious talent in their process to weed out candidates. I look and sound extremely professional but struggle portraying my experience on video. For that reason, I'm sure, I didn't get a 2nd interview. Oh well, their loss.

1st interview was through HireVue. 2nd was through Google Hangouts. Both were so fun and informative. I've never done a HireVue interview before but BambooHR provided me with videos and resources to prepare so I felt confidant going in. The second interview was set up quickly after my first. They are great at staying in touch and getting back to you within a short time frame. With each interview, I heard back within the week.
