The final interview with the director was a waste of time. Imagine your interviewer is hostile from the start.
Throughout my tenured career I haven't interviewed with the level of a-hole as I'd experienced in this interview.
Because I didn't have a 14 year history with the same company like he did, he decided to "try" and shred my career into pieces as unsuccessful. Because my tenure at one company was only 6 years and 4 years at another.
What a sick joke... just don't waste your time!

Interview
Interview process was structured, open and skill focused. They didn't add any fluff. They kept it straightforward with 3 total interviews (Recruiter call, 1 Hr call with a sales manager with time to do a mock discovery call, and a final sales manager call).

2-3 interviews done virtually. Spoke with recruiter once and the person I would working under. Wasn’t able to get an offer because they were afraid I wouldn’t make enough with them and would need to supplement with d2d on the side.
