The background process could take weeks and they can never give you a specific time on when it will be done or when your first day will be until the very end

Two parts. After the application, you get contacted by a recruiter for a screening interview with the recruiter followed by a 45-minute video call interview with the hiring manager. You can also visit the hospital. It was straightforward; no problematic questions were asked.
