I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview is in-room. My interview was conducted by the Practice Manager and the Head Veterinarian. It was very easy-going and relaxed. They started off by asking me about any experience I had relating to the job position, particularly in reference to my resume. The majority of the interview was situational questions, to see how well I could handle a customer service role in a medical environment.
