I applied online. I got a phone call a few days later - she asked some informal questions (ie tell me about yourself etc). She set up a time for a face to face interview. The interview was basically pretty low key. It took place in one of the exam rooms. They asked the basic tell me about yourself questions and why Banfield. They also asked several situational questions.

Interview
1 in person interview with the practice manager. A few questions about past work experience, knowledge of veterinary field, and what I was looking for in a company. The practice manager explained the company and went over what the training for the position consisted of.
The interview was conducted over video with the lead and manager. It was a very standard interview process with them asking questions about your relevant experience, situational questions, career goals, among others.

Applied to the job and received a follow-up two months later. First there was a phone interview. Next was an In-person interview. Final stage was shadowing and seeing what the job entails.
