The company accepts applications online only. I heard back from the practice manger in two weeks. We met in exam room for the interview. I was told I would hear back once my references were checked & other interviews were completed. I received a call back with offer in another two weeks.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
