The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

I was called for a phone interview, set up the date with her then got called went over questions like describing myself and what do I expect to earn from the company then I did a walk in observation.
