It was not traditional interview like one on one. There was one interviewee for a lot (like 15+) interviewers. Basically telling you how big the company is and how good the timing is. Building a perfect commission structure (over 500k annually) to let you in.

Very sketchy Had me on a group call for the interview. I didn’t know much better because I just graduated. Looking for people who are fresh into job search and can be taken advantage of
Beggining of hiring process is online through zoom in an informal group session, followed by in person at local office. The group session is mostly just information about the company and the position itself. Very straight forward.
