Interview
Two step process with the first being a career briefing. They basically told us more about the company and job overall. This was the weed out phase for applicants who based on personality would struggle in sales. The second step was a 1:1 interview with the branch manager.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
