I applied online. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
Was contacted twice by HR by phone, within two weeks - I missed the first call but picked up the second. Was told on the phone I would have management duties in addition to sales. Went to group interview, more like presentation by management to 8-10 candidates, and discovered it was a sales job as a 1099 contractor. Possibility to move up to trainer (aka "management") after 6 months, even with no prior knowledge/experience selling anything.

Question 1
No questions asked of me in group interview. Did not continue with interview process.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
