Interview
The process lasted about 2 hours. I knew going into the process that it is a commission type job and had reservations. A group of us went into the conference and was provided an hour long presentation of who they were and what was expected of us as agents. If we were interested beyond that presentation, there was a one on one interview with the branch manager. The manager seemed sincere in nature and believed in the product. In all it was a fairly decent experience. I was offered a position but still on the fence on taking the job or not.
One item is that you are required to pay $300 for you testing and licensing which the company would reimburse most of that. They will also pay for your hotel and course-ware for a one week course on the products that Banker's sells. People have been trashing the company but you have to see it for yourself and know going into it that the position is commission.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
