Group Interview, You don't have to have experience however its preferred. Not hard to get hired on you just have to have a means of transportation and a way to support yourself during the first year.

Their mostly trying to sell you on the company. If they feel you might not fit they will let you know.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
