I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bankers Life in Mar 2009
Interview
It started with a job briefing, masterfully done but the regional director. He is an awesome sales person, and fills your mind with hundreds of thousands of dollars. The problem, in my perception, is everyone is treated as if they have the "golden touch" and that it is easy to make that kind of money. Once, in you find out that very few if any actually are. To their credit, they are encouraging and push you hard to succeed. However, I felt they pushed too hard once I was in, and started pressing me to spend inordinate time away from the family.

Question 1
Nothing stood out. I think they would have taken almost anyone unfortunately.
They are unprofessional. We tried to set up the interview twice and both times the manager meant to call did not and they had not reached out again until it was too late.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Bowling Green, KY) in Dec 2019
Interview
Scam. My 1 on 1 interview turned out to be a group presentation designed to get you to work doing sales for commission only with no salary. I was just another warm body and l doubt that they even read my resume.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bankers Life (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
It was fairly simple. 2 interviews. One group interview & then a smaller group interview. The smaller interview narrowed down 4 of us out of 200. Hopefully, Monday, will get a call back.
