I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (East Fishkill, NY) in May 2014
Interview
There is a three step process: a presentation, a written test, and a one-on-one interview. The presenter will draw the line in the sand pretty early on, or as he put it "polarize" you from the very beginning. When you walk in you receiver their packet and a short test. The info is interesting, but not as thorough as a personal online search.

Question 1
How interested/invested are you in this position are you really?
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
