Everyone in the office was nice. Seemed like a group of people excited about making money. Professional environment. Was interviewed in a 1 on 1 setting. He described the history of the business. He described himself. Took about 30 min total
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
