Interview
Group interview. Multi-Level Marketing(MLM) Structure. Personality Test. Individual interviews with varying managers of different levels. You'll interview with only one, no matter level of manager. If you showed any interest, you'll be called back and hired. You will need to get your Insurance License from the state. You're told loosely how it's possible to earn a large income. It seemed that they'll hire anyone. This is a 100% commission job that you'll need to get licensed for. It's not a scam, it's just extremely difficult.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
