I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Medina, OH) in Jul 2015
Interview
The first two interviews were actually group presentations. Although interesting and informative, I really felt like they would 'hire' anybody. That said, you are working as a 1099 employee, so unless you have other sources of income and benefits while getting started, this is not a realistic option for a job.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
