I applied through other source. I interviewed at Bankers Life
Interview
Banker's reached out to me after seeing my job on a job board. They speak very highly of the opportunity and really focus on how much money you can make, all while avoiding the word pyramid scheme for as long as they can.
Don't believe the hype they give you. They want you to believe the opportunity is too good to be true, but that's because it is. There is a reason the interview is as easy as it is.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
