Interview
The interview process was more of a class-like learning procedure where the Unit Field Trainer evaluated your listening and cooperative skills. I never went through an actual interview. After learning about the company goals, plans and benefits, I was told that I would start studying for the State Agency Exam, would go to the closest training facility for a week (if I pass the exam) and would start the Monday after. Not much experience is needed to join the Bankers Life team. I highly encourage you to apply if you have been considering this position. I have not started yet but I am über excited for the position!

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
