I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Banner Health (Aurora, CO) in Apr 2020
Interview
After a phone interview, the company ghosted me very rudely. I applied for two positions on the website as they instructed, and a company recruiter contacted me by e-mail for one of them. During the initial screening interview with the recruiter, she said she thought I would be a good candidate for both positions, and would forward my resume to the recruiter for the other position. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager for this first position, and I thought it went well. I never got any feedback or further contact, not even an e-mail saying "Thanks, but no thanks." I reached out by e-mail to the recruiter, but never got a response. I went on the website and saw that both my applications were marked "No Longer Under Consideration." I reached out to the recruiter again by phone just to ask for feedback on what were my weak areas such that I was not being considered, and/or for feedback on how to improve my interview performance. Again, no response. I don't think I would want to work for an organization that treats its potential employees so rudely. I am a highly qualified and experienced professional, I met the qualification requirements for both positions, and I kind of expect to be treated with good manners and professionalism during the recruiting process. They are still advertising for at least one of the positions.

Question 1
What was my background and experience with the program area that I would be working in
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Banner Health (Surprise, AZ) in Nov 2011
Interview
Basic three interviews... HR, Group Panel & Director. I meet with the HR department and did a one on one- that lasted about an hour. I waited two weeks before I heard back for a second interview with some of the staff from the dietary department. That went really well, I was able to relate to the staff. One question I remember from one of the staff was " are you fair"? Lastly, I heard back after another 2 weeks to schedule a interview with the department director. I thought that went really well.... it must of, I got the job. I started about a month later.

Question 1
HR was more about education, experience and personality. Panel was more of my management style and with the Director was more about what I can bring to the team.
