The interview was okay. The IT lead and engineer didn’t seem enthusiastic about the interview. They asked questions that wouldn’t that wouldn’t allow me to explain my skillset. Instead they asked about personal traits rather than my experience and qualities for why i could potentially be a better intern/employee. In a short sense it seemed as if they knew who they hired before the interview even started. I fully believe that i was a little over or just right for the standards they were looking. I don’t think it mattered much.

questionnaire then interview with recruiter then meeting with the team and then discussing the kinds of projects you can work on for the summer; the questions were pretty typical of what you would expect for behavioral interviews
