They asked general questions about myself (where I'm from, where did I go to school, etc.) and then had "situation" type questions at the end of the interview. It was pretty straightforward and the interviewer was very nice!

Just talking and the. Sets of interviews. They sent your responses to everyone in the department and then you have a mini interview with the doctors there.
The interview process is not difficult. It’s just about everything you want to do and the skills you have.
