I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Baptist Health South Florida (Miami, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online and took two assessment test. A week after I applied online I received a call to setup a phone interview for the following week. The day of the phone interview I got a call to reschedule the interview for the following week, again the day of the interview I got a call to reschedule the interview this went on for 4 weeks. After finally speaking to the recruiter I was setup for a face to face interview where I took a filing and typing test before meeting with a recruiter. While meeting with the recruiter she asked me several times if I knew anyone who worked at baptist and asked about jobs I never applied for. After the interview with the recruiter I recieved a call about 3 weeks later to setup a panel interview for the following week. The recruiter told me the position was a full time position at a certain location and it was for a patient financial representative. When I got to the interview the first thing the panel asked was if I knew anyone who worked at baptist. The panel then started interviewing me for a different job that was part time in a different location. I was very confused and annoyed. I later recieved four emails, one stating they were not interested the other three stating they want to offer me a job. They are very unorganized.
