A week later, had a follow up from a recruiter to verify the information I said and tell me a bit about the pay and what the hours would be able what units they have open. Said he will contact me soon to possibly set up an interview with a unit hiring team.

Phone screen with recruiter that lasts about 30 minutes in which the give you the details about the position. Then a virtual interview with the hiring manager and other nursing leaders that is 45 minutes.

It was easy to set up an interview once I followed up with the recruiter. The interviewer spoke about the hospital itself and what to expect. They left room for questions. They were interested in my education and future goals and the ability to fulfill their staffing needs.
