Highly confused people with so much of attitude takes your interview, you really feel very low to answer their mugged up interview questions. Every one who takes your interview is curious to know your CTC than your potential :( Not really sure how would anyone reveal their CTC to a potential colleague. With the little knowledge that i have got, its managerial and HR round that should concentrate on CTC and technical teams to worry about the candidates technical potential. However, managerial and HR round were very meaningful and informative.
