I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2010
Interview
I met with some company representatives during a college career fair in October. There, I gave them my resume. In March, I received an email requesting to set up a phone interview. I participated in the phone interview and a week later was called and asked to participate in 1:1 interview and facilities tour. I did some research on the company before both the phone and 1:1 interview and the interviewers were very pleased that I knew some background on the company and what they did. The facilities were incredible, as the Indianapolis location had just moved into a brand new building. All of the people I met and interacted with were very friendly and answered any and all questions I had. A few days after the 1:1 interview and tour, I received a phone call with a job offer and I gladly accepted.
