The recruiter called me to apply after I interviewed for a sister company. 3 in-person interviews. 1 with HR, another with a supervisor, and the last was a senior manager. The first two were enthusiastic and went smoothly. I could tell the senior manager wasn't interested in me based on my answers and composure. Said I "wasn't interested enough" even though I asked questions after the interview. If you're calm and professional, don't bother applying. They only want happy-go-lucky folks. With that being said, the recruiter interactions before and after the interviews were awesome. She was reassuring after the interviews and fought as much as she could for me. She's one of the best recruiters I've had!
