I was interviewed for a position in Kazakhstan by a manager from Russia. According to its website he was a C-level manager for the regional branch in Kazakhstan.
Things went wrong from the very beginning. Different vocabulary, corporate cultural variety and poor English, hope not mine.
The manager I talked with asked too general questions, like What is the ultimate skill to succeed in managing projects?
In my opinion, yet he used to work as PM, I viewed his Linkedin profile, but he had no idea what to do to run a project. Maybe because he was a custome-side PM. Maybe because he did it in another location, I mean Russia.
