I applied online. I interviewed at Best Version Media (Castaic, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Arrived to the interview early, and there were numerous applicants before and after me. I ended waiting an hour just to speak with the interviewer. Once I got into the room, the interviewer asked me some very basic qualifying questions (unrelated to the position) before stating that he wanted to conduct a second interview. At this point, I had no desire for the job due to the fact that it involved standing at a table in Wal-Mart or Costco trying to get random people to switch to Direct TV. The wages are essentially minimum wage against commission, so if you don't sell anything your making minimum. They also format their business in a Multi-Level Marketing structure where you get promoted based off of how many people you recruit under you. Horrific business model and a waste of time. Would rather work at Wal-Mart.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. It was like chatting with an old friend. We discussed my life skills, personal life, hobbies, even my pets. The second interview was pretty much the same.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Best Version Media (Milwaukee, WI) in Feb 2022
Interview
This came out of left field. A telephone call to my cell from a manager inquiring about my interest in selling their services. That was about it. not much Q & A . Perfunctory.

Question 1
Not many. Apparently my Linkedin profile and or resume posted online was the qualifier for the call.
