Interview
I applied online. Shortly after, I received an auto-generated message, which included two informational videos and a request to set up a phone interview. I responded with several times I was available, as well as my resume.
The phone interview was brief; the interviewer asked about my background, then talked about the company structure, circulation, growth, etc.
I declined to go further through the process, because I was told during the interview that BVM does not offer benefits and pay was 100% commission-based.
The company seems to have a fantastic structure and targeted approach. It is a terrific fit for eager, motivated sales people --especially those who are "go-getters" and understand the needs of local businesses in their community. I just did not feel comfortable without benefits or a guaranteed paycheck.
